5.2 Purchases
By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount of the transaction, including applicable taxes.
5.3 Refunds
- Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Online courses and programs: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
- Live workshops and events: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a credit or refund at our discretion. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.

6. Intellectual Property
